Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers across online, phone, and in-store channels. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and guide customers from internet contact to a no-haggle in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.

You will help customers select vehicles, discuss terms and payment options, and close deals. The role emphasizes follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty across AutoNation's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and maintain case notes.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and answer questions to move from contact to in-store experience.
• Close deals by aligning payment options with customers' budgets and lifestyles.
• Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and transition customers to the Service department.
