Blufox Mobile in Jacksonville, FL is hiring Sales Associates to join our growing team. You will help customers find the best Xfinity solutions, promote high-speed internet, mobile, home security, and TV services, and maximize earnings through consultative selling and exceptional service.

The role offers a base pay plus uncapped commissions, paths for advancement, paid training, and benefits. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with reliable transportation and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Retail Sales & Customer Engagement: help customers find the best Xfinity solutions and maximize earnings through consultative selling and great service.
• Sales responsibilities: present and sell Xfinity products/services to customers, build value in packages, identify needs and tailor solutions, upsell and cross-sell.
• Customer service responsibilities: deliver exceptional experiences, resolve concerns, maintain welcoming store environment.
• Team & store responsibilities: collaborate with teammates, maintain store standards, participate in training and promotions.

What You'll Do

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
• Build value around products and service packages
