As an Apartments.com Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team acting as a strategic digital marketing partner to the Multifamily industry. Your role involves engaging clients through presentations and visits, advising on marketing solutions, and growing revenue by prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts. Extensive training will equip you with product and industry knowledge, and you will develop skills in digital marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Use CoStar Group’s market data to identify new business opportunities and upsell existing clients.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, supporting their strategic marketing plans.
  3. Market Expertise: Develop knowledge in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate trends, and local market insights.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues across teams to drive sales and ensure excellent customer service.
  5. Customer Focus: Provide outstanding support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least three years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive regularly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year experience in Multifamily or Digital Marketing.

  • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and high-growth settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
