LOFT in Germantown, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will guide customers with personalized styling, keep the store looking inviting, and help shoppers feel confident as they navigate merchandise.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to create memorable shopping experiences, support omnichannel initiatives using available tools, and contribute to a hospitality-driven environment with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
