Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the store floor in San Antonio. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, and help keep the floor looking beautiful and organized.

Your role supports our omnichannel experience by guiding customers across in-store and digital channels. You bring customer-focused experience, a hospitality mindset, and flexible availability to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous sales associate or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong hospitality mindset and customer focus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
