LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate at our Austin store to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized styling recommendations.

You’ll keep the floor visually appealing and organized, share product knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to create memorable, omni-channel shopping experiences in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions and helping the team.
