Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling. You will help keep the store organized and welcoming, collaborating with the team to create memorable customer experiences on the floor.

This role requires engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and driving loyalty through excellent service. It offers flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays at Store 1802-Kingsgate

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
