Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Kansas City seeks a Sales Associate to connect with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will help keep the store organized and reflect the brand’s inviting environment on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with team members to deliver personalized experiences, use brand behaviors to drive loyalty, and stay informed on store priorities and promotions through available tools.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused experience or Sales Associate background preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
