Job summary

LOFT in Flowood, MS, is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to support merchandising and styling at Store 0795-Dogwood Festival Market. Bring 2+ years of retail experience, a keen eye for fashion, and the ability to translate visual storytelling into displays that resonate with customers.

You will engage shoppers, share product knowledge, and maintain high visuals and operations while collaborating with store leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience merchandising and styling for a specialty retailer.
• Experience participating in the execution of a Store Set.
• Strong sense of personal style and understanding of current fashion trends.
• Ability to understand product knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Someone who can plan and make the vision of the story come alive!
• Must be able to have the ability to delegated and make smart moves for the visuals.
