Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate in Torrance, CA. In a no-haggle environment, you’ll respond to online inquiries, answer questions, and guide customers from digital contact to in-store buying while delivering an exceptional experience.

You will leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills, aim to meet sales targets, and help customers choose, negotiate terms, and finalize their vehicle purchase while coordinating with the Service team after the sale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
