Job summary

The e-Commerce Sales Associate at AutoNation engages with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone and in person—to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment.

Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, and helping customers transition from digital touchpoints to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience are key to success. Prior sales or retail experience and strong communication help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
