Job summary

Plato's Closet Asheville is looking for two Sales Associates for the AM shift. If you enjoy helping customers find the style they want and delivering friendly service in a dynamic retail setting, this could be the perfect fit.

We offer a flexible Monday–Friday schedule (10 am–4 pm), paid training, and an employee discount. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We are dedicated to helping our customers look good while helping the environment and Mother Earth by recycling clothes and shoes in our community. As a sustainable business we are looking for two outgoing Sales Associates to interact with customers by contributing to and creating a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
