Job summary

Plato's Closet Columbia, MO is hiring for Retail Team Members in part-time or full-time roles (15–40 hours per week). Seasonally through May–August, you’ll work in a fast-paced retail setting, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining the selling floor.

• Follow all customer service standards.

Retail Team Member Part Time or Full Time (15 - 40 hrs)

Plato's Closet is an exciting, locally owned resale store that buys and sells gently used teen and twenty-something brands and styles. We sell amazing brands and the latest styles at a price you can afford. Our Columbia store has immediate openings for Sales Associates.

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Follow all Customer Service Standards
• Assisting with store merchandising
• Assisting maintaining the selling floor
• Knowledge of brands, retail comparisons, and current styles and trends
• Loss prevention

Additional Responsibilities:

• Minimum 15 hours per week.
• Weekends and some evenings expected.
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and be able to stand, walk, bend, lift & move bins and furniture up to 30lbs on occasion.
• Must be able to read labels and perform continuous physical work.
• To be considered for this position you must 16 or older.
