Hand & Stone Allentown - Hamilton Crossing located at 750 N Krocks Rd Suite 205, Allentown, PA 18106, is seeking sales professionals to join our team. Our ideal candidate is responsible, driven, with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a winning personality. Candidates should have a history of providing exceptional customer service. Our goal is to make each visit the best hour of the month for our guests and members. Sales Associates play a crucial role in achieving this by forging genuine connections with clients, co-workers, and communities, ensuring memorable and exceptional services.

Compensation Details: We offer a competitive package with a base hourly rate aligned with your experience and skills, plus an uncapped commission structure on membership sales, allowing substantial earnings based on performance. Top performers can earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commissions.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on service benefits
• Provide excellent customer service through calls, appointments, greetings, and sales
• Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
• Maintain spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role includes a varied schedule, including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
