Compensation Details

We offer a competitive package with a base hourly rate reflecting your experience and skills, plus uncapped commissions on membership sales, providing substantial earning potential. Top performers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commissions.

Role Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance-based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on services and enhancements
• Provide excellent customer service through calls, appointments, greetings, and sales
• Promote sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role involves varied schedules, including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
