Position Overview

The Raider Image is looking for part-time Sales Associates to work in our Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport store. The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers courteously and professionally and completing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

Essential Job Functions

  • Process customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and store credits using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Verify inventory needs through the POS system.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, promoting merchandise and upselling opportunities.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including accurate cycle counts and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
  • Support the annual inventory process.
  • Process incoming merchandise, including receiving, barcoding, and displaying, as directed.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members when directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and customer service experience is required.
  • Familiarity with POS software is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must successfully pass security background checks and testing, adhering to TSA and FAA regulations.

Physical Aspects of Position

  • Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
