Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily store operations at 5720 E Main St, Springfield, Oregon. You will handle cash transactions, assist customers, stock shelves, and help maintain a secure and welcoming shopping environment.

This full-time role offers benefits including medical coverage for eligible employees, a 90-day pay increase, and opportunities for referrals, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to stock/store materials and signage.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Assist in store operations to maintain a safe, customer-focused, and profitable environment.
• Perform lighting/fixtures cleaning and maintenance and ensure inventory security.
