Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Able to stand or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 lbs overhead up to 30 minutes during stocking.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store materials or signage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations with a focus on safety, customer service, and profitability.
• Perform daily cash handling and maintain cash register accuracy.
• Clean and maintain lighting, fixtures, and store equipment.
• Ensure security of inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Learn to operate cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
