Job summary

Torrid in the Chicago area is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the Torrid Connection, making customers feel comfortable, cared for and confident as they shop. You’ll help create an inviting store experience and drive loyalty through strong customer connections.

You’ll handle register duties with product knowledge to upsell, maintain visual standards, and support stocking and stockroom organization. Flexible scheduling, including holidays and weekends, is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experience.
• Fashion-focused and up-to-date with current trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and build customer connections and loyalty.
• Operate register with sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
