Torrid in Rochester, MN seeks a Sales Associate to deliver the Torrid Connection, making every customer feel comfortable, cared for and confident. You’ll create a welcoming shopping experience, drive add-on sales with product knowledge, and support visual standards on the floor.

Responsibilities include assisting with the stockroom, maintaining a clean environment, and staying fashion-forward to align with current trends. Flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Be fashion focused and stay on top of current trends.

Responsibilities
