What You’ll Do :

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and confidently in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process transactions efficiently at the register.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotional events and the loyalty program, including credit options.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and minimize loss through excellent customer service.
