Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for its Soma, PA location. You will be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment, sharing product knowledge and providing personalized service to customers.

Responsibilities include delivering hospitality-driven experiences, driving store performance, and supporting merchandising and inventory tasks within a team-focused store culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (16+ only in listed states).
• Able to bend, reach, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
