Job summary

J.Crew Factory in Kansas is seeking a Sales Associate to bring the brand to life on the sales floor. You will help customers find looks, collaborate with teammates, and support store management to drive business with kindness and inclusivity.

You will provide a seamless customer experience that reflects our brand, while staying current with fashion trends and supporting teams across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
