Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Paramus, NJ to deliver a warm, personalized shopping experience and to help customers with product knowledge and loyalty programs. You’ll support merchandising and stock, while maintaining a welcoming store environment and collaborating with colleagues.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and a can-do attitude to drive store success and guest satisfaction.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
