Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 1121-Suncrest Towne Centre-Chico's-Morgantown, WV 26505. You’ll welcome customers in a team‑oriented, hospitality-driven environment and provide personalized service with product knowledge.

The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves merchandising, stockroom tasks, and customer engagement to build brand loyalty.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
