Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, share knowledge on baby essentials, and help families prep for school moments.

The role emphasizes a warm, inclusive environment and a commitment to training and development. In this busy retail setting you will handle POS transactions, assist with omnichannel needs, and keep the floor replenished.

• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
