Job summary

Carter's in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for families. You will greet customers, explain product styles, and help shoppers select baby and children’s wear that fits their needs.

In a busy retail environment, you’ll process transactions, maintain store standards, and participate in promotions while delivering warm, attentive service. Availability including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to stay active on the sales floor and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and help with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer questions and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to support seamless shopping experiences.
• Process and complete point-of-sale transactions accurately.
