Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in New York is seeking enthusiastic individuals to share our story and help guests learn about the OTF concept.

The role includes greeting studio guests, giving intros, tours, selling memberships, and supporting trainers. The shift is 4:30am–10am with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and some weekends required. We offer paid training, competitive pay with commissions, and a collaborative, energetic environment.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
