Job summary

Soma, a fashion brand focused on intimate apparel, is seeking a Sales Associate at our Vernon Hills store. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service to create a welcoming, customer-centered experience.

In this regular/part-time role, you will support merchandising, stock, and store operations, maintain brand standards, and participate in a team that values hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 in IL; 18 for all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
