Job summary

Avail Solar is hiring Residential Appointment Associates in Utah to support the marketing team. You will canvass neighborhoods by door-to-door outreach, identify homes that qualify for solar, educate homeowners, and schedule informational appointments with our sales consultants.

No selling or home entry is required. This full-time role offers an on-target earnings of $85,000 per year with a base salary plus commissions, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

On Target Earnings: $85,000 per year. Base salary plus commissions. (unlimited potential for top earners)

Residential appointment associates will work within our marketing team canvassing (door to door) neighborhoods, prospecting for homes that qualify for solar, educating qualifying homeowners, and scheduling informational appointments with our sales consultants. Appointment associates do not sell, enter homes, or take payment.
