Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Tulsa is hiring an outgoing team member to represent our brand and assist customers. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling (15–30 hours/week) and base pay with commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package for eligible team members.

You’ll deliver professional, upbeat customer service, educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services, work toward daily and weekly sales goals, and keep the salon clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Able to work 15–30 hours per week with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
