Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an outgoing, helpful team member to represent our brand and support customers in a vibrant salon environment. You’ll provide friendly service, educate clients on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness options, and help drive daily sales goals.

We offer flexible scheduling (15–30 hours/week), paid training, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement within a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work 15-30 hours per week with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
