A Typical Shift

You’ll start your morning getting the counter and phone line ready for the day, then settle into a steady flow of customer questions—some quick, some that take a little digging. Between helping walk-in shoppers and taking calls, you’ll check that shelves and small-stock areas are easy to navigate. As deliveries arrive, you’ll pitch in to get items where they belong so the next customer can find parts without delay. Throughout the shift, you’ll reset the space so it stays clean and ready for the next rush—especially on busy weekend hours at a junk yard location.
