Job summary

Chico's in Tucson, AZ is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a customer-centered environment.

You will help create a seamless omnichannel experience, educate guests about loyalty programs, support store operations, and collaborate with the team to maintain a visually inspiring store.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays is preferred to meet store needs and seasonal demand.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
