Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate at The Mall at University Town Center in Sarasota, FL. You will be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment, delivering personalized service and sharing product knowledge to build connections.

You'll engage customers across omnichannel channels, educate them about loyalty programs, assist with merchandising and store upkeep, and contribute to team success through collaboration and a passion for fashion.

Required qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
