Job summary

KnitWell Group, owner of Chico's and affiliated brands, seeks a Sales Associate for the Novi, MI location to deliver a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience. You will share product knowledge, assist with store operations, and help drive brand loyalty through great service.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will collaborate with a team and contribute to a visually inspiring store environment, while following brand standards and policies.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
