Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for our Lake Buena Vista location. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales while representing the brand story.

You will assist with transactions, returns, exchanges, and loyalty programs, and help maintain attractive, organized product displays. The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to operate POS systems and inventory tasks in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years of experience or less in a position or specialization.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience engaging consumers and selling merchandise.
• Ability to operate Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software tools.
• 18 years of age or older.
