Job summary

California Motorsports Group in Temecula, CA is seeking a full-time Sales Associate with enthusiasm and knowledge to join our team. Representing premier brands in our showroom, you will build long-term relationships with customers and drive sales by providing product expertise and outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and performance driven to meet the department’s sales goals.
• Remain updated on product knowledge of each OEM and its product segments.
• Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Perform follow up phone calls and emails to prospective buyers.
• Accurately complete necessary paperwork.
• Previous sales experience a plus.
• Previous riding experience a plus but not required.
• Ensure that the inventory is clean and presented for maximum impact, which includes moving inventory as directed by the Sales Managers
