Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Tampa studio is seeking an energetic team member to welcome guests, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.

The role involves selling memberships, following up with prospective clients, participating in marketing events, and helping keep the studio clean and organized in a collaborative, fitness‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, proactive mindset.
• Experience in customer-facing rolespreferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm and energy.
• Present the OTF concept to interested customers (intros).
• Give studio tours and guide intros through the first workout.
• Assist trainers to guide intros through workouts.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
