Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to join our team in promoting fitness and changing lives. You will greet guests, present the OTF concept, give studio tours, and collaborate with trainers to guide intros through workouts.

Responsibilities include selling memberships, following up with prospects, and participating in local marketing events. Join a collaborative team focused on customer experience and growth in a world-class fitness brand.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clientsParticipating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
