Sales Associate

Become one of our Sales Associates by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, Giant, Harris Teeter, and more. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

What are the main responsibilities?

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained by implementing Mondelēz’s merchandising guidelines.
• Follow the negotiations between Sales Representatives and store managers, and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily route plan prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Work with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

What can you expect from us?

• The base salary for this position is $40,000. Additionally, this role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility of overachievement based on performance and company results, as well as participation in our long-term incentive program.

Who is a good fit?

• You must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID, especially since this role involves servicing a military base facility where federal identification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, including physically moving products from stock rooms and stocking shelves.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Reading, PA.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations in Poconos and Sunbury, PA.
• Full schedule availability is required.

Mondelez International also provides a company vehicle, including a gas card and maintenance program.

No relocation support is available.
