Job summary

Tillys is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, build connections and create a lively in-store experience in a fashion-forward setting.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a friendly attitude in a sales-driven environment. In-store discount programs and other benefits accompany a part-time schedule at our Stockton location.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer-facing experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and help customers in a fast-paced store.

Hourly Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.00

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
