Job summary

Tillys Inc. is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Fresno, CA. You will greet customers, help them find apparel and gear, and provide an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Tillys brand.

You’ll participate in promotions, share information about discounts and loyalty programs, and contribute to a thriving, customer-focused sales floor. The position offers a supportive team environment and opportunities to grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Tillys Experience to customers and create an engaging in-store vibe.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions to drive sales.
• Promote in-store discounts and loyalty programs while maintaining store presentation.

Hourly Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.00
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
