Soma in Springfield, MO is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience in a busy retail environment.

You will share product knowledge, support merchandising and inventory, and help customers discover comfortable, empowering apparel. This role requires flexible availability, a team mindset, and a passion for customer service.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
