Job summary

Chico's Outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a personalized, high-service experience on-site at the Tanger Outlet Center in Pittsburgh, PA. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and support merchandising and inventory tasks to uphold brand standards.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with a focus on creating genuine connections and contributing to store performance through teamwork and initiative.
