Job summary

WHBM Outlet in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a hospitality-driven shopping experience. You will share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and provide personalized service across in-store and digital channels.

You will support merchandising, inventory tasks, and store presentation, while contributing to team success through collaboration. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, and prior retail enthusiasm is valued.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
