Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver an elevated customer experience, build lasting client relationships and support omni-channel sales with enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. English proficiency is required, and sponsorship is not offered.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
