Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Associate for WHBM-South Barrington, IL. You will deliver a customer-centered experience, engage with customers to identify needs, and provide personalized service in a team-driven, hospitality-focused environment.

Role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on ownership and initiative. Training will cover our brand standards and store operations to ensure a seamless in-store and online experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for IL.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and maneuver around the sales floor, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Eligibility & Responsibilities

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
