Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers and provide personalized service in a customer-centered environment.

You will share product knowledge, support merchandising and inventory, and help maintain an inviting store that reflects brand standards. The role requires teamwork, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and a passion for fashion that empowers customers to express their individuality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in the listed states; 18 elsewhere.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
