Job summary

Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to bring personal style and warmth to the selling floor in San Jose. You will help customers discover their look, collaborate with teammates, and support a seamless, brand-aligned shopping experience.

You’ll need a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; the role offers competitive pay, bonuses, and discounts up to 60% on Madewell products, plus benefits and a supportive team culture.

Hourly Range: $18.45 - $21.75
